All orders are dispatched from the UK. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking details.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order and return unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of receiving them. To start a return, email contact@unionbiolabs.com with your order number and the items you are returning, and we will reply with the return address. Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
We refund the price of returned items, and the standard delivery charge if you return the whole order, within 14 days of receiving them, using your original payment method. You pay the cost of sending items back.
For safety and product integrity, vials, solutions and reagents that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery costs.
Purity guarantee
Products supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) are guaranteed to meet the purity specification stated on it. If a product does not, you are entitled to a full refund of its cost, as set out in our terms and conditions.
All products are sold for laboratory research use only. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
